This role combines strategic PX leadership with hands-on operational excellence in a creative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Business Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance on performance, engagement, learning, DEI, and employee relations. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with global PX teams to localize and implement best practices tailored to Italy and Greece. Culture & Engagement : Drive initiatives that foster a creative, inclusive, and values-driven workplace aligned with our Global People Promise. PX Operations : Oversee and contribute to a seamless PX operations including onboarding, payroll, reporting, and compliance with local labor laws. Employee Relations : Provide expert support on complex employment matters and maintain strong relationships with employees and workers councils. Talent Management : Lead talent planning, team structuring, and capability development across both markets. Learning & Development : Identify training needs and implement local and global learning initiatives. Recruitment : Support hiring managers in defining roles and managing recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. Who You Are Experienced HR Leader : extensive experience in HR business partnering and a track record of supporting more than one country. Industry Background : Experience in creative, digital, or fast-paced international environments. Legal Expertise : Strong knowledge of Italian labor law; familiarity with Greek labor law is a plus. Relationship Builder : Skilled at building trust and credibility at all levels of the organization. Council Collaboration : Experienced in working with Italian workers councils. Hands-On & Strategic : Able to balance day-to-day operations with long-term PX strategy. Language Skills : Fluent in Italian and English.
