Ph3About the Role /h3 pAs a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate vendors and contractors to make sure the facilities services and facilities projects are provided in line with the contractual agreement. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liWork with contractors and CBRE management to make sure the implementation and respect of contractual agreements, procedures and policies. /li liCoordinate suppliers to ensure the providing services in line with contract, service level agreement and planning /li liManage all the request received in line with contractual agreements and applicable procedures /li liApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. /li liSchedule activities to minimize safety risks, business interruption and inconvenience. /li liEstablish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. /li liOversee operations, assign work orders, and provide technical support to staff and subcontractors /li liConfirm that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition. /li liRespond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. /li liComply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. /li liPoint of contact for escalated communications between Clients, Suppliers and CBRE Supervisors. /li liReview data from works, reports performance and progress status. /li liMake suggestions on how to improve efficiency. /li liKeep track of regular and ad-hoc expenses. /li liResolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. /li liLead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or more in technical subject (mechanical, electrical, civil etc.) /li liAt least 3+ years of job-related experience. /li liIn-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. /li liExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
