PpGreentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a start-up which has developed an innovative proprietary technology for molecular recycling of plastic waste, is looking for a: /p h3Senior Pilot Plant Process Engineer /h3 pThe ideal candidate holds a university degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field and has a relevant experience in chemical plant operations, pilot plant management, or process engineering. The candidate will lead the operations of the company pilot plant, oversee the daily operations closely with Engineering, RD and Operations teams to refine and scale up the chemical process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and execution of the experimental campaigns: perform data acquisition and analysis, interpret experimental data, assess system performance, identify operational bottlenecks, limitations, and critical parameters, and verify equipment and instrumentation functionality; /li liTechnical ownership of our pilot plant asset supporting Operations team: ensure safe, continuous, and reliable functioning of the facility, manage the procurement of spare parts, equipment, and materials required for smooth day-to-day operation, support pilot plant operation for maintenance and upgrades, definition and preparation of the operating procedures of the pilot plant; /li liProvide data to and support the Process Engineering group engaged in developing and delivering the licensor’s PDP; /li liParticipation to project meetings and safety risk assessment carrying the practical experience built on pilot plant; /li liContinuously develop and improve the process in terms of equipment reliability, material and components selection, operability, constructability, the most suitable instrumentation; /li liFoster constructive and goal-oriented collaboration within the technical group (Engineering, Operation, RD), promoting knowledge exchange, alignment on priorities, and a shared commitment to project success.
