You've mastered complex vehicle electronics – now it’s time to use your know-how in a new way. If you’re ready to leave the lift behind and support mechanics remotely, in real time, we’ve got the opportunity for you.

Become part of a tech-driven team at TecAlliance and help shape the future of automotive diagnostics.

Your tasks
* Guide workshop technicians via remote support – helping them solve complex electronic issues (sensors, ECUs, CAN networks & more)
* Use advanced diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, scanners, and analysis software
* Spot fault patterns, suggest solutions, and help avoid future issues
* Join internal training sessions and help us build smart, hands-on technical content
* Work with cutting-edge digital platforms powered by AI and smart data
Your profile
* A technical background in automotive electronics, electromechanics or vehicle engineering
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in advanced diagnostics
* Confidence with oscilloscopes, multimeters & diagnostic software
* Solid understanding of modern vehicle electronics and communication protocols
* A solution-driven, independent mindset and a real interest in helping others
* Fluent in Italian, English (at least B1/B2) and Spanish is a plus
* Bonus: Experience in remote support or technical training
Benefits

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is two months).

Contract title: your position is part of our job profile “Garage Support Representative”. Our generic job profiles compare groups of employees with similar tasks that are part of the same area of responsibility/team. The displayed title above ensures that you can find us.

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid within 14 salaries, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location and onboarding

Location-independency / flexibility :

Hybrid Remote: we work remotely and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at our office in Milan.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation beside your team at your disposal.

Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.

Vacation: 26 days a year.
