We are looking for a Technical Customer Support to join our Customer Care team in our office in Casalecchio di Reno (BO).
In this role, you will assist with various tasks throughout the sales process, from the initial stages to post-sales support.
You will work closely with both internal teams and customers, gaining practical experience in a collaborative environment.
What you will do:
* Pre-Sales Support: Help team and sales colleagues with technical studies and customer assistance during the early sales stage.
* Pricing Support: Preparing quotes and making sure pricing meets customer needs and company standards.
* Post-Sales Support: Support customers to ensure a smooth transition after the sale, managing updates and addressing post-sales inquiries and issues.
* Customer Communication: Help in maintaining customers informed and in good relationships by addressing their needs.
* Coordination with Plant: Assist in communicating with the production team to make sure products are delivered on time.
* Data and Reporting: Use Excel to analyze data and help create reports that improve customer support processes.
What we're looking for:
* Interest in data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
* Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field. Comfortable in both English and Italian, written and spoken.
