Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our business development through roadshows and workshops. As a technical expert, you will handle sales meetings, communicate complex solutions, and build relationships with partners.
* You will be responsible for preparing technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Train and inform partners about our products and unique selling points (USPs) to ensure clear understanding.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical insights.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields.
* Minimum of 3 years in customer communication and pre-sales support, with industry experience in residential energy storage preferred.
* Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
