A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxic characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry.BSP has been at the forefront in the fight against cancer since 2006.Innovation is the hallmark of BSP with investments in new technologies and production methods in a high containment plant.We are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs.The fight against cancer is ours too.Main ActivitiesSupports the Head of Procurement in defining and implementing purchasing and sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories;Drives supplier base optimization through scouting, evaluation, and management of high-value suppliers;Conducts and coordinates market analysis for indirect procurement, focusing on cost structures, risks, alternatives, and best performers;Oversees supply planning related to new investments and supporting services;Manages relationships with key internal stakeholders;Supports budgeting, escalation processes, and the management of critical issues within indirect procurement;Monitors compliance, reporting, and performance against objectives, contributing to continuous improvement;Leads initiatives to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in collaboration with cross-functional teams;Manages the end-to-end indirect purchasing process, from supplier selection and negotiations to order placement and follow-up;Supports contract implementation in coordination with Procurement, Legal, and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvement.QualificationsMaster’s Degree in a technical or economic field;7-8 years of experience in a Procurement function;Understanding of markets and sourcing dynamics;Basic knowledge of contract management;Proficiency in cost breakdown and spend analysis techniques;Advanced use of Microsoft Office;At BSP we believe in an inclusive workplace that cultivates bold innovation through collaboration, and empowers our people to unleash their full potential.
