Global Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large companies. Based in Milan, Mogliano Veneto (TV), or Rome, within the Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention department of GC&C Italy - Underwriting. You will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze, and evaluate risks, as well as share best practices for risk improvement, with the goal of enhancing awareness, risk quality, and underwriting profitability. You will support the global strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the targets. Perform on-site surveys and desk activities primarily for the Property Line of Business, for domestic and multinational clients, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Issue and check reports with the results of risk assessments and proposed mitigation measures to support the risk management process and help businesses succeed. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: University degree in an engineering science discipline. At least 5 years of previous experience as a Risk Engineer in multinational companies. Proven knowledge of the main fire protection NFPA Standards; ABCP certification for BCM will be considered a plus. Experience in project review of fire protection systems. Ability to work in a team and in an international context. Fluent in English and Italian. Analytical mindset, good communication, and planning skills. B driving license and availability for frequent business trips.
