La nostra azienda ricerca un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di Coordinatore Area Service E After Sales. L'obiettivo principale è garantire l'efficienza operativa e la soddisfazione del cliente attraverso il coordinamento delle attività di assistenza tecnica, manutenzione, installazione e supporto post-vendita.
Le attività principali includono:
* Coordination of the service technical team (internal and external);
* Managing customer technical assistance requests (tickets, calls, emails), setting priorities and timelines;
* Planning and monitoring on-site and remote interventions, optimizing resources based on availability and skills;
* Supporting the definition of warranty policies, maintenance contracts, and assistance packages;
* Preparing periodic reports for management regarding after-sales activities;
* Collaborating with the technical department for feedback collection and continuous product improvement.
Requirements include:
* Technical diploma or degree (mechanical, electronic, or automation);
* Knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatic systems, PLC, HMI;
* Proficiency in English;
* Familiarity with digital tools for ticket management and post-sales CRM.
