Role Overview For our school in Milano Porta Romana, we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!
Requirements
A positive attitude and an energetic "can do" approach to children’s learning.
Well organized with good time management skills.
Flexibility with work hours and availability.
What you’ll do as a Teacher
Prepare your classes using Kids&Us;’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
What you’ll do as a Coordinator
Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us; policies and method.
Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.
Teaching Experience Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
Interest in working with children.
Planning and organisation skills.
A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!
We Offer
Fixed-term
10 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher
