Among the European leaders in wealth and asset management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to join a team specializing in wealth management and private banking. The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
As aJunior Consultant, you will play acomprehensiveroleat the intersection of consulting, business design, and digitalization:
* Supportproject governance and PMO activities, contributing to the planning, monitoring, and coordination of project streams.
* Prepare and deliverpresentations,documentation, andanalysesto support decision-making and client engagement.
* Collaborate with business and technologyteamsto design innovative solutions that enhance clients’ business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services.
* Contribute to Wealth Management processes, supporting their effectiveness and alignment with business and digital initiatives.
* Be part of the evolution of digital solutions, helping translate business needs into innovative improvements for Wealth Management services.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
* Strong interest in the Wealth Management and financial services sector, with a passion for technology and its applications in finance.
* Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
* Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
