Your role will encompass responsibilities in support of the OM Project Manager/Head and site operations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the OM Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE, electricians’ unions). /liliContribute to the optimization of manpower and resource utilization. /liliCollaborate with the OM Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to OM. /liliConduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, in alignment with the OM HS Supervisor’s guidelines. /liliCoordinate daily activities and maintain close communication with the OM Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters. /liliReview, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field. /liliEnsure daily monitoring of the SCADAs and updates in the CMMS (Fiix) and verify that the system remains fully operational for data extraction and reporting. /liliManage, monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions. /li /ulh3Location /h3pItaly /ppEU work permit required: No /ph3Posting details /h3pPosted: /ppReference: 39dfbb6c774bfab8808b789e61e1f6e8 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
