Join Epta Group on a fixed-term maternity cover contract (approx. 1 year) and support our finance team in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality financial reporting.
What You’ll Do

* Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
* Support tax compliance activities (including VAT and local requirements)
* Contribute to month-end & year-end closing (journal entries, reconciliations)
* Assist in preparing financial reports and basic analyses
* Collaborate with local teams and shared service centers
* Identify opportunities for process improvements

What We’re Looking For
*
* Italian (native) and English (intermediate level)
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* 1-3 years of experience, or fresh graduates with relevant academic background and strong motivation
* Basic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP is a plus)
* Basic understanding of VAT / tax fundamentals
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
* Good Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
