For one of my client (First in Class Startup Builder in Italy) that is launching the next-generation longevity & wellbeing platform, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Freelancer to help generate the first real traction.

* Job Position: FREELANCE

* Duration: initially 6/7 months with an opportunity to extend the collaboration
* Location: Remote
* Involvement: Flexible collaboration
* Language: Italian (Advance) / English (Professional)
🎯 Your Mission
Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive:
* Qualified leads
* Customer acquisition
* Early revenue traction
You will play a key role in validating our go-to-market strategy
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Set up and manage campaigns across:
* Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* TikTok Ads (nice to have)
* Build and test landing pages & funnels (in collaboration with our team)
* Define and track core KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates)
* Run rapid A/B tests (creatives, copy, targeting)
* Optimize campaigns continuously with a data-driven approach
* Provide clear weekly reports with insights & next actions
🧠Who You Are
* Proven experience in performance marketing for early-stage startups
* Strong ability to work with small budgets and high uncertainty
* Hands-on executor (not just strategy)
* Analytical mindset + strong experimentation culture
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
* Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or D2C subscriptions
