Write the next chapter of your ABB story.: This position reports to: Service Team Leader Your role and responsibilities: Qualifications for the role: - You have diploma/degree in a technical field, preferably in mechanics, electric/electronics, information technology; - You have willingness to travel extensively (by car, mainly in Italy); - You have a good knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel; - You have a good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken. - You have strong analysis skills and the right attitude for problem solving. You are able to manage repair visit on-site alone and you are comfortable managing the relationship with the customer.
