EZVIZ is now looking for an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, coordinate, and control support activities related to customer relations.
* Assist regional sales in ensuring the execution of services aligns with contractual commitments and profit margins.
* Manage supply chain operations, including customer contracts, orders, and shipments.
* Oversee entry, review, and unlocking of order systems to ensure accuracy and prompt processing.
* Coordinate finances, R&D, supply chain, customs logistics, and other networks to ensure on-time delivery.
* Establish internal and external reporting dashboards, including those for headquarters in China.
* Negotiate and formalize modifications or extensions of services.
* Manage activities related to service delivery execution and budgeting.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks.
* Support customer financial management to assist team elements.
* Coordinate back-office activities related to new product launches, timing, forecasts, and support for the Country Manager.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
* Proficiency in SAP.
* Fluency in English; Italian and Chinese are a plus.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in international logistics and financial processes.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and adaptability skills; team leadership and management experience.
* Excellent organizational skills, customer orientation, availability, and responsiveness.
