For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a PHP Developer.
Job details:
* Start date: 7/04/2026
* Contract Duration: 31/12/2026
* Location: Hybrid in Milan (3 times per week at end-client office)
* Full time contract
Scope:
The selected PHP developer will be staffed on a client project within a major banking group.
The project involves the development of a new mobile application for the network of financial promoters operating in a foreign market, starting from the existing Italian mobile app.
The resources will work closely with the client's technical team to:
* Adapt and extend backend functionalities to support a new country/market
* Customize business logic, integrations, and configurations based on local requirements
* Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with group standards
* Contribute to analysis, development, testing, and deployment phases
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of PHP and backend development
* Experience with REST APIs and backend services for mobile applications
* Familiarity with MVC frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
* Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
* Understanding of application security, authentication, and data protection
* Experience working with existing codebases and adapting them for new contexts
* Version control systems (Git)
* Fluent in English and Italian
