Position
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Tech Team at Witailer, a Retex brand specializing in marketplace optimization and data analysis, as a Product Engineer.
About the Role
The Tech Team is the engine behind Witailer’s digital products, building business intelligence platforms to help brands and retailers make smarter, faster decisions. This is not just a software engineering role—it’s about thinking like a builder, co-creating products alongside designers, analysts, and PMs, with a focus on business impact rather than just code performance.
As a Product Engineer, you will work in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the end-to-end development of modern, scalable, high-impact web solutions. You’ll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from user discovery to value delivery.
What You’ll Do
* Work in a cross-functional squad with developers, designers, PMs, and analysts.
* Translate real user needs into concrete product decisions, actively participating in discovery and prioritization.
* Develop both frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, optionally .NET/C#) solutions.
* Discuss architectures, performance, and scalability with the Tech Lead.
* Take part in team activities like retrospectives, reviews, pairing, and internal training.
* Take ownership of entire features, not just individual tickets.

RequirementsWho We’re Looking For
* Experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and component-based design systems.
* Knowledge of API and backend services development with Node.js (and ideally .NET/C#).
* Comfortable with Git, distributed environments, and Agile methodologies.
* You share ideas and best practices with enthusiasm.
* You have a builder mindset—you care about the product, the team, and the results.
Nice to Have
* Experience with .NET / C# for backend or enterprise platforms.
* Strong UX/UI, accessibility, and user interaction sensibility.
* Experience with analytics tools, data visualization, or interactive dashboards.
