Requirements
* Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
* Must have graduated from an accredited school.
* Minimum one year's experience.
* Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be in the process of obtaining licensure.
* Current CPR certification.
* Other requirements as determined by the client facility.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, which includes providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and determining potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the physician’s direction, set realistic goals, document conditions, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
* Develops a plan of care for each patient.
* Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
* Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates, and modifies care to achieve therapy goals.
* Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
