He/She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. He/She cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their Store. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liIs polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction. /li liIs aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-sales. /li liCooperates with colleagues in order to create a positive environment and pays attention to performance level. /li liReceives and displays the products according to procedures. /li liConstantly maintains a tidy working place according to the Company guidelines. /li /ul h3Sales /h3 ul liIs responsible for the sales process following the Company standards. /li liProvides and maintains a high level of customer service. /li liManages commercial relations with clients in order to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. /li /ul h3Client management CRM /h3 ul liEnsures the after-sales service with the same level of efficiency and care, in order to maintain the clients satisfaction and loyalty with the aim of promoting the Brand image. /li liManages claims with supervisor support. /li liTurns every touchpoint with customers into a positive situation, always promoting Brand image. /li liCommunicates to the Management the collected information regarding clients. /li liExecutes the follow up of clients’ requests. /li /ul h3Product Visual /h3 ul liParticipates to product presentations. /li liDeeply knows all products of his/her category and is updated on all the product categories in store. /li liEnsures the appropriate care of the store. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liExperience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique. /li liAlignment with Loro Piana brand and products. /li liStrong luxury touch and approach. /li liExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. /li liStrong clientelling skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
