You’re expected to actively leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot (or equivalents) to:
* Accelerate development cycles
* Improve code quality and coverage

* You optimize for delivery, not activity
We value engineers who close loops, ship frequently, and measure impact. AI is a force multiplier - but delivery ownership is the baseline.
