SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Health and Safety Manager to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performs inspections and testing for the purpose of identifying, abating, or eliminating sources of pollutants or hazards that affect either the environment or the health of the population. Develops, administers, and oversees the implementation of site environmental, safety, and occupational health programs. Designs, develops, implements, and oversees the organization's environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market. Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements. Expects to impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies. Explains complex, difficult, and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in providing formal, over-the-shoulder, and on-the-spot training to contractor and unit personnel. Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines to include basic computer skills and document preparation. Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. Experience using Microsoft Office Products. Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.
