GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms. Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people. The Workspace Innovation and Facility Management Standard Manager is accountable and responsible for: - Develop innovative approaches to the Workspace services aiming at better quality and cost optimization; - Maintaining and constantly reviewing the Group P&FM Guidebook to guarantee that Groups Technical Standard and targets are on top of the market practices. - Collaborate with Group Procurement to develop and optimize technical specifications, to seek for innovation and challenge proposals in Global Tenders. - Support Local BU’s to design workspace layouts in line with the Group guidebook and the Group targets in terms of Workplace Efficiency; - Support Local BU’s to determine the performance of their workspaces by the measurement of Group P&FM KPIs such as GLA, Workplace Efficiency, Collaborative Ratio, Occupancy, etc. Main tasks for Workspace Innovation and Facility Management Standard Manager are: - Support Local P&FM Teams to identify opportunity to innovate their facility services and workspace services offer, also by constantly bringing new market research and development within the Group; - Support Local P&FM Teams to design workspace layouts and facility services in line with the Group Guidebook and the Group ambitious in terms of cost and quality; - Collaborate with the Group P&FM team to maintain, review and update the Group P&FM Guidebook, with reference to the workspace settings and services; - Collaborate with the P&FM Network and Group Procurement to review global tenders’ technical specifications or assess third parties’ proposal; - Collect and analyze Workspace performances at least biannually; - Report Group workplace performances six-monthly and collaborate to identify opportunity of service optimization; - Support Local P&FM Teams to enable “Decarbonization” and “Diversity Equity and Inclusion” (DEI) programs; - Support the implementation of Operational Excellence (OpEx) programs; - Ensure the proper update of the Group building registry and database. Requirements: - Good balance between hard and soft skills is required; - Proven structured communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory; Skills: - Problem-solving and analytical skillset; - Communication skills and ability to manage a wide array of different stakeholders; - Strong operational focus, ability to drive topics and deliver results; - Fluent English, another European and/or other language is a plus - University level degree or comparable.
