Junior Process Engineer, Casalecchio di Reno
Location: Casalecchio di Reno, Italy

We are seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join our Operations team at our headquarters in Casalecchio di Reno. The role involves collaborating with various internal departments to identify and improve key business processes.
Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting regular meetings with different functions to map existing processes and identify critical issues, initiating problem-solving (root cause analysis).
2. Performing targeted data analysis to manage existing procedures and processes.
3. Collecting and analyzing data to measure process performance (KPIs).
4. Managing and developing the standardization of operational activities.
5. Participating in projects related to new workflows and strategies for logistical and production processes, overseeing their implementation and maintenance.
6. Supporting IT/IS in requirements analysis and acting as a reference point for other departments during new program releases.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Economics, or related fields.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Analytical mindset, project-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in English.
* Familiarity with process management and methodologies related to the Toyota Production System.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD.
