Job Description Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, renewable for an additional 6 months (maternity leave coverage) Location: Our plant in Italy - Ancarano (TE) As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of our Finance department and responsible for: Performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking; Analyzing financial data, defining financial models for decision support, and improving existing procedures; Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting; Supporting the closing process of the Italian and Spanish entities from an FP&A perspective; Developing automated reporting and forecasting tools under the supervision of FP&A and Finance Managers to increase productivity; Liaising with departments such as Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain; Assisting with multiple recurring submissions to regional and global headquarters; Ensuring compliance with all Avery Dennison policies (both accounting and non-accounting). Qualifications What we expect from you! - Your expertise: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; 2-4 years of experience in multinational matrix environments; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business sense; Proficiency in IT, especially Excel, PowerPoint, HFM; familiarity with Oracle is a plus; Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, and graphs in Excel and Google Sheets; Fluency in English; Excellent multitasking and stress management skills.
