These services include the installation of new equipment (elevators and escalators), maintenance, repairs, and other outsourced job site activities.\nYour mission is to optimize cost, quality, capacity, safety, and compliance, while fostering strong, long‑term partnerships with subcontractors.\nKey Responsibilities Coordinate subcontracting strategy across the SEET Operating Unit, covering Italy, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Slovenia, and Turkey.\nManage subcontracted activities including: Installation of elevators and escalators, Field service and repairs, other outsourced job site services.\nAnalyze supplier and category landscapes to identify regional variations and opportunities.\nContribute to maintain and implement strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, capacity, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.\nCollaborate with EHS and field operations teams to ensure alignment with internal policies and local/global regulations.\nSupport the deployment of global subcontracting strategies and promote supplier synergies across SEET.\nContinuously challenge existing processes and propose innovative improvements.\nContribute to the development and implementation of a robust Subcontractor Relationship Management (SRM) framework.\nCoordinate sourcing plans for Major Projects and support strategic tenders (3–5 annually).\nDrive the annual savings plan and project roadmap; monitor progress and initiate corrective actions as needed.\nApply preferred supplier strategies and negotiate framework agreements.\nDeploy existing digital tools and Pricing models to manage labor rates.\nImprove forecasting methods and negotiate with subcontractors to secure capacity.\nSupport the development and enforcement of field purchasing policies and standards. Your Profile Master’s degree with 3–5 years of experience, ideally in subcontracting procurement within the construction or industrial services sector.\nAble to work in a matrixed organization with cross‑functional leadership.\nStrategic thinker with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.\nStrong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.\nFluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.\nSolid understanding of market trends, supplier ecosystems, and digital procurement tools.\nTravel requirements: 25–35% travel across the SEET region.
