A leading Japanese logistics group is currently recruiting an Accounting Staff member to join its Milan office.
You will be responsible for supporting cost management, monthly reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

€30-40K depending on experience plus performance-based bonus

Accounting Staff Main Responsibilities:
• Support cost management, cost entry, and monthly reporting
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including coordination with external accounting firms
• Support daily accounting operations such as issuing invoices, confirming payments, and processing expense reimbursements
• Assist with financial checks in both local currency and Japanese yen
• Organise accounting data and documentation for routine operations
Accounting Staff Ideal Candidate:
• Prior accounting experience preferred
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and responsibility
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Business-level English and Italian communication skills
• Japanese language ability is advantageous
