Lead planning and coordination of "New Product Introduction / Technical Transfer" projects with cross‐functional teams.Identify risks proactively and define mitigation strategies.Assess business impact, quality, compliance, and safety in collaboration with stakeholders.Ensure compliance with product introduction timelines while balancing base production needs.Communicate project status to MSAT Senior Manager and Global Functions to align with production plans.Ensure timely availability of quality documentation required for project execution.Investigate and support resolution of non‐conformances during project activities.
Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.At least six months of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oral solid production.Knowledge of pharmaceutical production lines, processes, materials, and equipment.Fluent in English (B2 level and above).Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.Basic experience in Project Management.Ability to work in a dynamic, multi‐department environment and handle shop‐floor urgencies.Capacity to coordinate a cross‐functional team to ensure on‐time execution of project activities.Ownership and accountability mindset.Problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.Basic knowledge of PAT, MVA, and Chemometrics applications.Ability to lead calls with customers.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prepare smart proposals for project approaches.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to present scientific data and concepts effectively to international standards.
