Job Title: IT Specialist - Global Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve predefined IT KPIs and Global Service Desk KPIs by resolving incidents, service requests, and tasks within set deadlines.
- Provide technical assistance to Danfoss offices and manufacturing environments.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of PC architecture and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent service and customer mindset with experience in first- and second-line support.
- Technical expertise in supporting users globally, including hardware and software such as Microsoft products and solutions.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
