PpbModine Manufacturing Company /b is hiring a bMaterial Planner and Production Planner /b. /p h3Position Description /h3 pThis role ensures the timely and efficient planning of materials and production activities to meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and support manufacturing operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan Raw Materials requirements for Amaro Plant, issue and manage purchase orders to suppliers /li liEnsure timely deliveries to support production requirements /li liConstantly monitor RM supplies to avoid disruptions or problems /li liCarry out actions and contingency plans in case of shortages /li liEnsure the planned stock level /li liWork in collaboration with other functions to manage phase in/out problems /li liSupport Master Planning and Order Management for new projects impacting raw materials /li liDevelop detailed production plans, establishing operational sequences, times and quantities /li liMonitor its execution daily, managing unexpected events and modify the plan when necessary /li liSupport continuous improvement /li /ul h3Required Education Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics /li li2-3 years of experience in Material Planning or Production planning areas preferably in manufacturing companies working with multiple assembly line /li liGood knowledge in materials planning, MRP and international purchasing processes in complex environment /li liStrong analytical skills: ability to analyze production flows and constraints (machinery/resources) /li liProblem solving: ability to promptly and proactively identify and resolve critical issues that may jeopardize the continuity of the production flow /li liNegotiation skills /li liExcellent communication and relationship skills /li liAutonomous, target oriented and stress resilient professional /li liFluent Italian and English /li liExcellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and ERP systems /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pCompetitive benefit package that may include paid vacation, short-term disability, 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Health Savings Account and more.
