As part of the global DYWIDAG Group, our Italian team works in an open, collaborative work environment with short communication lines. /p pWe are strengthening our bFinance Team /b at our bCusago (Milano) location /b and are looking for a /p pbSenior Accountant - Import/Export Specialist /b (all genders). /p pIn this function you take over the binternational trade operations /b, including bEU and non‑EU transactions, VAT regulations, and customs procedures /b. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across international accounting and trade processes while supporting business growth in a global environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all accounting activities related to import/export transactions /li liEnsure proper VAT treatment for Intra-EU transactions, Extra-EU transactions, Triangular and multi-party transactions /li liRecord and monitor sales invoices in Navision ERP /li liSupport and coordinate the monthly financial reporting process /li liPrepare and submit Intrastat declarations /li liPerform monthly VAT calculations and support quarterly and annual VAT returns /li liEnsure compliance with customs documentation and regulations /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Administration /li liMonitor international shipments and logistics flows from a financial perspective /li liSupport commercial activities involving international clients /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience, or alternatively 10 years of relevant professional experience /li liStrong knowledge of International VAT regulations, Customs procedures, Trade compliance /li liProficiency in ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS Office /li liFluency in English and Italian /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy /li liHigh level of accountability and ownership /li liAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment /li /ul h3Do you want to be part of DYWIDAG’s future? /h3 pTake the opportunity and apply for the position via our online portal here: /p pOur contact person Andrea Bäumer, HR Manager, is looking forward to hear from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
