ESSENTIALS:
* A PhD (or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience) in Cognitive Neuroscience, Experimental Psychology, Psychophysiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Hands-on experience with electrophysiological data acquisition and analysis (EEG/ERP is mandatory).
* Strong computational and data analysis skills, including proficiency with software such as Python (NumPy, Pandas, MNE), R, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in designing and running human subject experiments.
* A solid understanding of statistical methods for experimental research.
* Fluent proficiency in English and Italian.
* A problem-solver mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic startup environment.
Highly Desired:
* Experience with other biosensors (e.g., EDA/GSR, eye-tracking, EMG, respiration).
* Familiarity with olfactory research or interest in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
* Experience with machine learning techniques for pattern recognition in physiological data.
* A publication record in relevant scientific journals is a strong plus.
* Provenience from near Universities (such as UNICAM) is positively considered.
