Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development & DeliveryPlan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the UK, Ontario, and Italian curriculaApply an inquiry-based and experiential approach that supports independent thinking and problem-solvingPromote interdisciplinary learning that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and conceptual understanding
Classroom Management & Learning EnvironmentCreate and maintain a well-organised, safe, and stimulating classroom environmentEstablish routines and expectations that promote responsibility, respect, and student agencyUse classroom displays and learning materials to reinforce key concepts and celebrate student work
Student Assessment & Progress MonitoringObserve, document, and assess student progress to inform instruction and support differentiated learningProvide clear, constructive feedback to studentsCommunicate progress to families through reports and conferences in line with school practicesSupport the academic and emotional development of learners through inclusive teaching strategies
Professional Conduct & CollaborationDemonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability in all aspects of the roleCollaborate with colleagues to plan, reflect, and continuously improve teaching and learningParticipate actively in staff meetings, school events, professional development, and reflective practice

RequirementsRecognised qualification in Primary EducationExperience teaching in a primary school settingStrong classroom management and collaboration skillsFluency in EnglishEligibility to work in Italy
