NextChem S.p.A. is a holding company controlling several different daughter companies that act as licensors of technologies in the chemicals / petrochemicals / fertilizers sectors as well as proprietary & critical equipment suppliers within the same technological domains.
Whenever the relevant proprietary and critical equipment is not produced in house, the PEQ function has the mandate to set up its strategy and execute its supply chain.
The PEQ Post Order Administrator supports the post-order function for administrative tasks, issuance of work orders (WO), management of inspection notifications, and provides support in the management of company tools. He reports functionally to the PEQ Expediting & logistics Manager.
Key responsibility's :
High proficiency in working with relevant systems performing project set-up, project updates, invoicing and project closing activities.
Ability to prioritize and deliver timely support requests.
Proactive, timely & accurate WO follow up in line with contract and Nextchem procedures.
Inspection and expediting timesheet verification as well as related service entry at service completion.
Collaborates and communicates regularly with the PEQ POST ORDER manager and PEQ EXP-LOG Manager and PEQ INSPECTION & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION GROUP LEADER on related items.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of relevant working experience in a project administrator role.
Fluent in English both spoken and written
