This role is for someone who leads enterprise conversations, understands what drives operational performance, and values thoughtful execution. /ph3What you\'ll do /h3ulliDrive enterprise new customer acquisition and strategic expansion across assigned EMEA manufacturing accounts /liliLead complex, multi-site enterprise sales engagements /liliBuild and execute strategic account plans to expand footprint across plants, regions, and business units /liliEngage senior stakeholders including COOs, CFO's, VPs of Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering leaders, Quality, and executive sponsors /liliTranslate operational challenges into quantified business cases tied to ROI and core manufacturing KPIs /liliNavigate enterprise procurement, budgeting, and approval processes across EMEA /liliLead discovery focused on yield improvement, throughput, quality, energy efficiency, downtime reduction, and cost optimization /liliPosition Braincube as a strategic partner in enterprise manufacturing transformation initiatives /liliClearly communicate measurable financial and operational impact /liliOrchestrate internal resources including Customer Operations, Marketing, Product and Executive Leadership /liliMaintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and accurate forecasting /liliNegotiate enterprise commercial structures, including multi-year agreements /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulli10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with significant experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customers /liliBachelor\'s degree required /liliFluent English /liliProven success closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers /liliStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and OT/IT environments /liliConsistent history of meeting or exceeding enterprise performance expectations /liliExecutive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliSelling industrial software, AI-driven solutions, or operational technology platforms /liliExperience with multi-site or global manufacturing organizations /liliIndustry exposure to Food Beverage, Oil Gas, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Pulp Paper, Mining, Building Materials, Discrete Manufacturing /li /ulh3Compensation /h3ulli€135,000 base salary plus variable compensation /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - 100% employer paid /lili25 days of paid time off (PTO) /li /ulpBraincube has been recognized by Gartner in the Magic QuadrantTM for Global Industrial IoT Platforms for five consecutive years (2021–2025). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
