We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our Software Development team based in Milan. This role focuses on the development of simulation models and applications using MathWorks tools (MATLAB/Simulink). You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement dynamic system models in Simulink based on initial MATLAB scripts provided by other teams.
* Simulate and test product functionalities using positive, pre-validated scenarios.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency with product requirements.
* Contribute to the development of high-quality, traceable, and maintainable software in line with automotive standards.
* Support integration of developed models into larger application frameworks or systems.
Key Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink, including experience with application-specific toolboxes.
* Solid understanding of dynamic system modeling and simulation.
* Familiarity with automotive software development standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the automotive sector.
* Understanding of embedded systems and control logic design.
