In this capacity, you will support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Your most critical deliverables for this role are: /p ul liManage the administrative and documentation aspects of maintenance operations /li liInterface with internal teams to initiate and follow up on purchase orders /li liHandle safety‑related documentation and ensure regulatory compliance /li liDraft and update operational procedures (OPL, SOP, WI) to support the QEHS Management System /li liRecord maintenance interventions in the Access database /li liLog activities in JDE /li liSupport cost analysis activities when required /li liProvide secretarial and organizational support to the Plant Director and Maintenance Manager /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 pYour colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change.
