Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and EnglishProvide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefitsResolve issues or elevate complex cases to the relevant HR teamsMaintain accurate documentation of employee interactionsEnsure service quality and response time meet company standardsSupport administrative HR tasks when required
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR supportStrong communication and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of HR processes is a plusWilling to work on-site in Penang
