DHL Express Italy, part of the DHL Group, is seeking an intern for the Payroll Team at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). The internship is a 6‐month full‐time position, based in the HR Department.

What We Offer
The internship provides an opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge of HR payroll processes within a multinational company. The role includes reimbursement of expenses (€800 gross) and meal vouchers (€8.00, €7.00 for remote working). Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations) is provided.
Responsibilities
* Support colleagues in time and attendance tracking, entering justifications, medical certificates, and checking closing reports.
* Assist in the management of administrative processes related to employment commencement and variation, such as drafting employment letters, extensions, conversions, and terminations, and notifying the Employment Center.
* Manage and update employee master data.
* Interact with colleagues across the territory and engage with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; completion of a Master's program and/or prior HR experience considered an asset.
* Good written and spoken English skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, precision, attention to detail, and good interpersonal relationships.
