About the Role:
The role of a Workforce Development Professional is to establish and maintain a superior workforce framework that enables organizations and employees to accomplish their work goals successfully.
This position is a key contributor to HR areas such as Employee Development and Performance Management, Succession Planning and Organizational Development, Learning Planning and Coordination, and Selection and Recruitment.
As an ambassador for the learning and development principles of the organization, this role actively contributes to the vision of Employer of Choice by attracting, developing, and retaining the best employees.
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves implementing training, recruiting, and development projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Additionally, it includes implementing group HR policies and processes in the business.
The Workforce Development Professional will also be the key user on location for any existing HR development tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Social Platforms, and Learning Management Systems.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a University Degree and 2-3 years of experience in similar roles. Fluency in English is also essential.
