Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for creating seamless booking experiences and driving revenue? Our client—an exclusive 5-star hotel near Reggio Calabria—is looking for an experienced Booking & Channel Strategy Manager to join their team.
About the Role:
As Booking Manager, you will oversee all booking and reservations activities, working across international markets. You will be responsible for managing the hotel’s Tom Operator global booking system, coordinating with OTAs and direct booking channels, and ensuring efficient channel management strategies are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize all hotel reservations
* Oversee operations within Tom Operator and ensure system accuracy
* Handle both individual and group bookings from multiple sources
* Collaborate with sales, revenue, and marketing teams on pricing and availability
* Take ownership of channel management to ensure consistency and visibility across platforms
* Deliver outstanding service to travel partners and prospective guests
Who You Are:
* Experienced in hotel booking or reservations (4- or 5-star experience preferred)
* Proficient in global booking systems (Tom Operator experience is a strong plus)
* Skilled in working with OTA platforms and channel management tools
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
* A team player with a guest-first mindset
