Your Opportunity
Location: Lomazzo (CO), 50% Smartworking OR Stabio (Ticino), 20% Smartworking
The IT Oracle EPM Senior Business Analyst, member of the Planning and Consolidation application development team, will focus on analyzing, creating, and implementing new system functions. The role acts as an intermediary between the Business and technical teams, including external suppliers. Responsibilities include supporting project phases, focusing on financial planning and consolidation, integrating new processes with existing IT architectures, and guiding change management processes as a Process, Business Case, Change, Communication, and Training Analyst.
How will You contribute
* Providing technical support for planning and consolidated tools and resolving related issues
* Implementing system evolutions and coordinating supplier activities
* Drafting technical specifications for system evolution and maintenance
* Defining system requirements and managing interfaces with legacy systems
* Supporting users during testing and training phases
* Managing relationships with internal customers
Who you are
You are a senior professional with strong Project Management skills, team collaboration ability, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity, and innovative problem-solving capabilities. You have:
* A Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* At least 7 years of experience in similar roles within structured companies or consultancy firms
* Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion (EPM) system
* Understanding of financial planning processes
* Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
* Availability for travel
