Governance, Risk & Compliance team
in
Milano
, you will be involved in projects to define governance, risk management and legislative compliance strategies in the
Financial Services sector.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Defining new models for customer risk profiling, name screening, and transaction monitoring in the anti-financial crime field;
Self-assessment of money laundering risk;
Definingbusiness requirements related to innovative projects (e.G., implementation of high-tech products and services) to ensure the management of money laundering risks.

This opportunity is perfect for you if:
You have knowledge and experience in the anti-financial crime field;
You holda master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Law with excellent grades;
You havean interest in Financial Services (banking and/or insurance sector) and a good understanding of the regulatory framework of the financial sector;
You haveexcellent English skills, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
You are a problem solver and never lose sight of your goals.
You have strong interpersonal skills and are a team player.
Your motivation and enthusiasm inspire confidence and empower change.
You enjoy taking on challenges and are comfortable in fast-changing situations where your leadership abilities make the difference.
