Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Milan, HQ
Type of Contract: Paid Internship

What You'll Do
* Hunt and convert leads through sales channels.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for WeRoaders via Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, and more.
* Maintain and update the sales pipeline and record customer interactions.
* Provide expert advice on adventures, tailoring recommendations and assisting booking.
What We’re Looking For
* Native Italian speaker or mother‑tongue level proficiency.
* Sociable and thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic work environments.
* Experience in sales and/or customer‑facing roles with a hunger for leads.
* Availability to work weekends during the summer peak: up to two weekends, while keeping a five‑day work week.
* Energetic, motivational communicator across online, written and face‑to‑face interactions.
* Aspiring to reach and exceed targets and self‑motivated.
* Lover of travel, learning, and meeting new people—embodying the WeRoad spirit.
* Based in Milan or willing to relocate.
