Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Intern to join the Labello team.
You will support on the following activities:
* Trend scouting: monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities
* Market analysis: conduct competitor and market performance analysis using data sources (e.g., Nielsen)
* Creative & strategic support: propose ideas and communication concepts, contribute to campaign planning from concept to execution, support activations, and track performance through reports and presentations
* Social media & content management: collaborate with the external agency to manage Instagram & TikTok PED, providing materials, suggesting topics, managing timelines, revisions, and approvals
* Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams including Shopper (for Expo & POS materials) and PR & Digital
* Brand campaigns & product activities: assist with product launches, packaging updates, and day-to-day brand operations
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following education, experiences and skills:
* BA/MA degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields
* Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, with a strong interest in the latest trends and consumer insights; a passion for the skincare industry is a plus
* Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital communication
* Interpersonal skills: proactive, positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, organized, adaptable, and responsible
* Previous experiences in Marketing & Communication field would be a plus
* Good analytical skills and strong command of Excel
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Availability for office in Milan (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office)
