If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! /p h3Position Summary /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to support the International Sales Team working in the Confectionery Business operating on the Brands Perugina® and Baci Perugina®. You will support the International Sales Team in the definition, planning, execution and monitoring of commercial plans in the assigned area, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Area Manager in developing the business, making country analysis, executing go-to-market strategies, and establishing successful partnerships with key business partners. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of confectionery sales and contribute to our global business. /p h3A day in the life of a Stage International Sales Confectionary /h3 ul liCoordinate exchange of information and sales materials with our distribution partners and customers (samples, product certifications, product images, catalogues …); /li liSupport International Sales Area Manager in coordinating with distribution partners the local commercial plans monitoring execution and budget; /li liSupport the International Sales Area Manager on the forecast orders activity, performance data analysis, providing actionable insights to enhance sales productivity and revenue generation; /li liSupport International Sales Area Manager in developing and executing a proper Brand support package for our distribution partners (i.e. Digital assets, POS materials etc.); /li liConduct comprehensive country analysis, including market research, industry trends, competitor insights, consumer behavior trends, to identify new opportunities for growth; /li liSupport International Sales Area Manager in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to each country, taking into consideration local market trends and consumer preferences; /li liPrepare professional presentations for business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, communicating key strategies and progress updates effectively; /li liEngage with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Customer Development Team, Supply Chain, to ensure a coordinated approach to market penetration and growth; /li /ul h3What will make you successful /h3 ul liUndergraduates or graduates in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; /li liHighly organized, problem-solving, analytical and quantitative mindset; /li liCuriosity and a strong interest in the FMCG industry, particularly in the confectionery; /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Italian; /li liStrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities; /li liProactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, capable of developing effective relationships with all stakeholders; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are an equal‑opportunity employer.
