Italy serves as the Group’s Competence Center for the design, production, and delivery of Navigation Aids products and non-Radar Surveillance Products.Main tasks:Bid management of Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS-NAS) customer offers.Collaborate effectively with the Capture Leader to generate win teams linking customer needs with Thales solutions.Supervise the Bid Team to ensure effective relationship management and utilization of customer, industry, and business networks.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals and manage bid creation and review processes.Coordinate with system engineering and product management for accurate cost estimates and target budgets.Engage with non-technical stakeholders such as legal, finance, and export control.Support negotiations and presentations with Sales / Capture Leaders.Ensure smooth transition from bids to projects and maintain customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Engineering or economics degree.Minimum of 5 years experience in bid or project management.Proficiency with planning tools (MS Projects) and MS Office.Fluent in English and French; Italian or other languages are a plus.Knowledge of air traffic control regulations and standards is desirable.Other competencies:Ability to lead bid solutions across complex organizational boundaries.Result-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Creative problem-solving skills and independence.Team leadership and lateral leadership skills.Ability to work with international teams and willingness to travel worldwide.At Thales, we provide careers, not just jobs.
