On behalf of our Client, a well-established an expanding importer and distributor of Electric Cars, Electric Scooters, and battery charging systems, we are seeking to recruit an Automotive Sales Consultant to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Automotive Sales Consultant role in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcome customers and assess their needs.
2. Conduct product walkarounds and demo drives.
3. Follow up on leads and maintain engagement.
4. Stay informed on product specs (EV range, charging options, engine types, etc.).
5. Clearly explain warranty and financing options.
6. Work with finance team to close deals.
7. Ensure proper documentation and trade-in evaluations.
8. Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
9. Build a loyal client base through follow-ups and referrals.
10. Log activity in the CRM system.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
11. An academic background relating to Business, Marketing, or similar is desirable, but not essential.
12. 2+ years in automotive sales is a must.
13. Familiarity with electric and fuel-powered vehicles.
14. Valid driver’s license.
15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
16. Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
