Overview
The candidate will be responsible for routine and non-routine plumbing maintenance work on the plant’s systems (air handling units, air conditioning, heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary facilities, water networks, and drainage systems). In accordance with the instructions provided by the Supervisor on duty, to whom they will report, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Responsibilities
- carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance work assigned to their team, through work orders managed via maintenance software;
- identifying, analyzing, and diagnosing faults in the assigned systems, using the diagnostic tools available to the team or integrated into the equipment;
- compiling documentation and reports relating to the work carried out;
- performing daily and periodic checks on the systems, both through integrated monitoring systems and through the diagnostic tools provided to the staff;
- supporting and supervising the activities carried out by external suppliers, verifying compliance with the plant’s internal procedures;
- maintaining order and proper management of the work environments and technical rooms assigned to the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma in a technical field or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience as a mechanical maintenance technician, preferably in facility management or manufacturing companies.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals for systems and machinery.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Willingness to work shifts.
