For our new opening in Forte dei Marmi we are looking for a Sales Assistant Italian and English speaking with passion for the brand, a forward-thinking mindset and client driven.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strong attitude and specific knowledges in managing a proper selling ceremony and customer service.
* Very focused on results and on targets, able to work in fast and dynamic environment
* Build a rapport with the customer, identifying their needs to bond with them
* Promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective
* Lead with style through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with DIESEL expectations
* Focus on providing seamless customer experience whether the client is shopping online from a mobile device or a laptop
* Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool
* Deliver a memorable shopping experience whilst following all policies and procedures for fitting room service
* Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changeovers
* Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product storytelling and overall store maintenance
* Communicate product and customer feedback to the management of the store
REQUISITION
* At least 1 years of experience in fashion retail
* Multichannel approach to sales
* Fluency in English and Italian is required (another language is considered a plus)
* Optimistic in tone and purpose
